For the last couple of months, we can agree on a couple of things, our emails are cluttered by the GDPR emails. we have been bombarded with letters from every company possible on making changes to their privacy policy. Just because all the businesses were scared into paralyzation and law firms are making a killing by this new regulation.

The new regulation tightens up the existing laws on data protection and gathering of personal information.
Data Protection Directive. Current legislation. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA).
